While this one isn’t a Puerto Rican recipe, it is definitely Puerto Rican inspired. I started playing with little flavors from Puerto Rican food and tying them in with some non-Puerto Rican food. So my first shot was a Puerto Rican inspired meatball recipe. So here I give you my Picadillo Meatballs!! Give these a shot and go ahead let me know how totally awesome they came out lol.
