Today is one of those days I am on the run and rushing around so I decided to do something really quick and easy. So I am going to do a recipe I know you have seen on the internet some where before and it looked amazing! I am cooking up some Pizza Fries. Yup that is exactly what it sounds like… a Pizza built on top of french fries lol. Now I did this one because of running around to keep up with all my son’s wrestling BUT this is a perfect game day finger food! I mean come on guys it’s playoff time you know you will need plenty of easy treats. So go ahead and give this one a try, when you do make sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

Pizza Fries Recipe

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. French Fries
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 10-12 Slices Pepperoni
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook fries per instructions. I always fry mine in a fryer.
  • Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
  • In a prepped baking pan line the bottom with the cooked french fries. Layer pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and parsley.
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
