Time for some more traditional Puerto Rican cooking. My wife loves soups and stews so I decided to make some Pollo Guisado… a chicken stew. This is traditionally served with white rice. This is a great hearty stew with big chunks of meat and vegetables. The flavors from the Puerto Rican seasonings really make this recipe pop. My wife who had never had this before I made it for her now makes this all the time to package up for lunches through out the week. Once you try this one you will be constantly making it yourself!
