This is one of those recipe I literally have NO clue why I wanted to try something but you know just had to lol. Seriously I occasionally get cravings for food combinations, this is where my Mac N’ Cheese Fried Chicken Burrito and Epic Chicken Sandwich came from lol. So let’s explore my latest craving Poutine Egg Rolls!! This is a fun little finger food that tasted freaking awesome! I know you guys would love this out of the ordinary yet really cool snack. This is perfect for getting together watching the football game, heck invite some CFL fans over lol. When you do make this one, be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

Poutine Egg Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
Egg Rolls:
- 1 lb. Potatoes Chopped
- 6 oz. Cheese Curds Chopped
- 1 Pkg. Egg Roll Wrappers
Beef Dipping Gravy:
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, mix together broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, once boiling add cornstarch into water and mix until smooth. Add cornstarch mixture into pan and stir in, allow to cook until thickened.
- Chop potatoes, and cheese curds into small bite size pieces.
- In pan/skillet heat a little oil and place potatoes in pan. Allow to cook until crispy, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel.
- Heat oil to 375˚.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on the counter top, place a spoon full of potatoes and one of cheese in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper in and roll, using your finger seal the egg rolls with water.
- Place in oil and allow to fry until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Place egg rolls on a paper towel to allow to drain, serve with dipping gravy.
