Wow so I have been off of work this week figured I would have a ton of time to get things done.. that is a big bag of nope lol. I don’t know where all the time went but I have gotten NOTHING done lol. So I had to find a super quick and easy recipe I could film and get up between driving my kids around and prepping Maddie’s channel she wanted. Anyway here is the Queso Fundido Bites, this is an amazingly quick and easy recipe that you guys will love. It is easy to tweak and there are a bunch of little sauces you can use with this one if you want to have a dipping sauce with it. So go ahead guys, if you are in a time crunch, or heck not in a time crunch but want an easy appetizer go ahead and give this one a try. Queso Fundido Bites
Ingredients
- 2 1.9 oz. Box Phyllo Cups
- 8 oz. Chorizo
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 2 Jalapenos Sliced
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Break up and brown chorizo
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except for the jalapeno. Spoon into phyllo cups and place on a baking sheet.
- Top each up with a slice of jalapeno and back for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
