Quick & Simple Breakfast Baguette

Hey guys, you know I like to hit that cool Breakfast recipe from time to time. Ok let’s be 100% honest I freaking love.. LOVE making breakfasts and really should do more of them lol. So today I am am making a Quick & Simple Breakfast Baguette. What is that exactly? Well I am stuffing an awesome breakfast into a baguette and baking it lol. So you get everything all in one that makes breakfast great. This is even easy to customize, you want some mushrooms, breakfast sausage, any of that boom add them and it would still be a quick and simple breakfast recipe. Quick & Simple Breakfast Baguette Recipe

Total Time 40 minutes
Course Breakfast
Cuisine American
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Bacon Slices Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1 Large Baguette
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 Green Onions Diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚.
  • Cut a deep U-gouge into your baguette and remove the top section creating a deep boat.
  • In a large bowl whisk eggs, and heavy cream. Once completely combined add in the bacon, green onion and salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the baguette.
  • Place in the oven and bake until the eggs are set in the center. Roughly 35 Minutes.
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve.
