Rosemary Garlic Steak Kabobs

What’s up guys happy Friday! Here we are July is almost over and man is this flying by. Being summer I decided I need to get back out to the grill for some more summer time fun. An easy recipe for grilling is Kabobs, and there is nothing like a good steak kabob. Well even better how about some Rosemary Garlic Steak Kabobs?! Yup this a pretty quick and simple recipe that you will have no trouble throwing together and man will everyone who tries them fall in love. Rosemary Garlic Steak Kabobs Recipe

Total Time 35 minutes
Course bbq, Dinner, Lunch
Cuisine American, Barbecue
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

Steak & Marinade:

  • 1 lb Sirloin, Cut to 1" Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Stone Ground Mustard
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Tomatos & Marinade:

  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Rosemary

Potatoes:

  • 1-1/2 lb. Baby Potatoes
  • 1 Water

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients for the Steak Marinade. When combined add in all of the steak and make sure it is completely coated and place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  • In a small bowl mix together oil and rosemary and place the cherry tomatoes in making sure they are coated, allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  • Place potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil and allow to cook for about 10 minutes. You want potatoes able to be pierced by a fork but not mashable.
  • On soaked skewers start with a potato, then steak, then tomato. You should be able to do this at least 2 times per skewer.
  • Place skewers onto a preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
