Hey all here we are another Monday. Figured we should do a simple and cool dinner recipe for these busy times. This time I am making Sesame Ginger Beef. The great thing about this one is you can serve it over some rice and stretch it a little further, or just as it is either way this one is amazing. How to Make Sesame Ginger Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Skirt Steak Thinly Sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 lb. Green Beans Trimmer
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Ginger Piece about 3", Minced
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Green Onions Chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Add sliced sleak to a large bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat. Set aside until ready to use.
- In a large skillet add a little oil, and heat over a medium heat. Add in green beans and allow them to cook for a couple of minutes. Add a couple tablespoons of water and cover, allow to cook for couple of minutes. Remove the green beans from the pan place in a bowl for later.
- Add a little more oil to the pan, add in beef and allow it to sear cooking for a couple minutes on each side. Add in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Mix together and allow beed to finish cooking.
- Add in beans, cook for a couple more minutes, top with sesame seeds, green onion and serve.
