Sesame Ginger Beef

Hey all here we are another Monday. Figured we should do a simple and cool dinner recipe for these busy times. This time I am making Sesame Ginger Beef. The great thing about this one is you can serve it over some rice and stretch it a little further, or just as it is either way this one is amazing. How to Make Sesame Ginger Beef

Total Time 29 minutes

Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Skirt Steak Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 lb. Green Beans Trimmer
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Ginger Piece about 3", Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced sleak to a large bowl, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat. Set aside until ready to use.
  • In a large skillet add a little oil, and heat over a medium heat. Add in green beans and allow them to cook for a couple of minutes. Add a couple tablespoons of water and cover, allow to cook for couple of minutes. Remove the green beans from the pan place in a bowl for later.
  • Add a little more oil to the pan, add in beef and allow it to sear cooking for a couple minutes on each side. Add in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Mix together and allow beed to finish cooking.
  • Add in beans, cook for a couple more minutes, top with sesame seeds, green onion and serve.
