Shrimp Boil Kabobs

Hey guys! It’s the weekend!!! Since it’s the weekend how about a great BBQ recipe. Not something you see everyday but something brand new! Something fun! How about some Shrimp Boil Kabobs! Yup we are taking that classic shrimp boil taste you know and love and turning it into a BBQ recipe. When we found this one we said yup we need to have this lol. I know you will totally fall in love with it so go ahead and give it a try! When you do make sure to take a picture of it and post it to my Facebook page!

Shrimp Boil Kabobs Recipe

Total Time 45 minutes
Course bbq, Main Course

Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Potatoes Chunked
  • 1 lb. Medium Shrimp
  • 12 oz (1 pck Andouille Sausage Sliced)
  • 3 Ears of Corn Thick Cut
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 Lemons Wedged
  • 1/4 Cup Butter melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Thyme

Instructions
 

  • In small bowl mix together butter, garlic, cajun seasoning, and thyme.
  • In large pot bring salted water to a boil. Put potatoes in water and cook for 10 minutes, with about 5 minutes place the corn in the pot. Drain both once done.
  • Place potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage onto skewers.
  • Cook on grill for about 8 minutes turning half way through.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
