My wife is a huge fan of Brunch type foods. So I get to experiment and play with them a lot. This is one of our variations on basic quiche that we love in our house. This Goat Cheese Quiche with it’s winter greens has a great little pop to it, and it is something that anyone you make it for probably hasn’t had or been done to death so I figured I would make it and let you guys try one of our favorites.
There are so many great variations on a quiche. What is your favorite way to make it? What is that one ingredient that you think puts a quiche over the edge? Anyway go ahead and give this one a try don’t forget after you make it to leave me a comment and let me know how it came out! Or even better yet go over to my Facebook or Twitter and post a picture of it.
