It is egg roll time! You guys know by now I love.. LOVE making egg rolls. Let’s be 100% honest too the simpler the better right? What could be simpler (and more tasty) than some Sloppy Joe Egg Rolls! Now I say it in the video, but I am going to repeat it here. You could just buy a can of Manwich or what ever but when you do that you lose control to be able to adjust flavors and make it your own meal tailored to your personal tastes. So I am making my sloppy joe from scratch! Even with making it from scratch this is still a super easy recipe. I make this one occasionally when I have friends coming over as a simple lunch/ finger food that we can chow on as we work on projects or chill and watch TV. Don’t have to worry about making it for kids either because well it’s freaking sloppy joe they will eat it lol. So go ahead and give this one a try and we will see you guys next time!
