So my wife and kids love the mug cakes I make so I decided to make more of them. This one was a Maddie pick (many are) and she wanted to have a camping cake. It took a little while to figure out a camping cake meant she wanted a s’mores mug cake though lol!
S’mores Mug Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Self Rising Flour
- Salt
- 1 Graham Cracker Broken Up
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp. Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- Whisk melted butter and egg together. Stir in the milk, vanilla and Sugar. Add flour and salt. Beat the batter until smooth.
- Mix in graham crackers pieces, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Pour into your mug(s)
- Microwave for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes until it is firm. Allow to cool.
Notes
If you don’t have self rising flour just whisk together 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder and a little salt… thats all now you are ready!
