Happy Monday everyone! How are you all doing? Well I am ready to make this Monday a little bit better. We are going to do a fun little dessert you will totally fall in love with. We are making a S’mores Pizza. I mean come on guys, I just said S’mores and I said Pizza in one freaking name of a dish lol. Hahah we all love a great dessert and a great pizza so why not put them together into one thing right lol. I don’t think I really need to try too hard to sell this one. I will just say the title again to really let it sink in and you will want it… S’mores Pizza! lol when you do make this one make sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

S’mores Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Mini Marshmallows
- 2-1/2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Cup Butter Room Temperature
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 2/3 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- Salt
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350˚.
- In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a a separate bowl, beat butter and both sugars together until creamy and smooth, add in vanilla and egg and mix until combined.
- Add sugar mixture into the the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Roll out dough into about a 13" circle. Place on pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the middle of the middle is set.
- Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows, leaving about a 1 inch gap from the edge so they don't melt over. Top with chocolate chips and place bake in the oven for about 4-5 minutes, until marshmallows become golden.
- Top with some chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs, slice and serve.
