My wife loves going apple picking. Now this is a lot of fun for the family, but at the same time leaves me with a serious over abundance of apples. This makes it easy and fun to experiment with fun apple recipes. In doing that I got to playing around with a bunch of different apple cobblers made with the apples. When I came across this one I was floored! Snickerdoodles are literally like one of my favorite cookies EVER! So the Snickerdoodle Apple Cobbler is seriously right up my alley. This one ended up so freaking good it didn’t even last a full hour once it was done. I know this one will end up being a favorite in your house too.
