South Carolina Burger

This is one of those I did some searching around to really figure something out. As I did my searches I came up with two things I thought would be a lot of fun to make them work together. Fried Pickles and Pimento Cheese. I don’t know what it was about those to ingredients that jumped out at me but they did and the challenge was laid at my feet.. well kinda I challenged myself lol. the South Carolina Burger really was a LOT of fun in figuring out and I really do love the result! Go ahead and give this one a try and let me know what you think!

Are you from South Carolina? Did I completely miss the mark? Let me know a better way to make a South Carolina Burger I am 100% open to what someone form there would say represents their state!
