The weather is FINALLY getting better here! OMG yes! This means I can get out to the grill more often. That’s exactly what I did here too. I went out and made some cool Spicy BBQ Shrimp! Yup, they are light, taste great easy to make. This is the perfect summer lunch time food. I am not going to say too much on it as I am just going to drop the video and head out and finish my grilling for the night lol. That said I know you will love this one so when you make it be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook!

Spicy BBQ Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
- 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Paprika
Instructions
- Mix together the cumin, chili powder, brown sugar and paprika in a small bowl.
- Rinse off the shrimp and pat dry. Place shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Spread spices over the shrimp and toss so it is coated. Let stand for for 30 minutes.
- On prepped skewers place 2 shrimp, 1 piece of pineapple alternating between the two.
- Baste skewers with your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Place on grill over direct heat Cook until shrimp is cooked all the way through, about 2-3 minute on each side.
