Spicy Philly Cheesesteak Burrito

So this is one of those recipes where that I had a taste for something different and kinda out there. This is both of those let’s be 100% honest this Spicy Philly Cheesesteak Burrito is total FoodPorn and you will full in love with it and want them all the time. If you have followed me for some time you know I like Philly Cheesesteak recipes and this fits right in with that love but making it spicy just next levels the whole thing lol. There isn’t much I can say about this other than you just have to try this one. When you do make sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page.

Spicy Philly Cheesesteak Burrito Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pckg. Steak-Umms
  • 2 Bacon Slices Chopped
  • 2 Tortillas
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup White Cheddar Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Shallot Minced
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 1 Jalapeño Seeded and Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place chopped bacon into a pan/skillet.
  • Once bacon is crispy and fat is rendered add in green onion and allow to cook for about 5 minutes. Then add in chopped onion and allow to cook another 3-4 minutes until onion starts to become translucent.
  • Add in all the seasoning, jalapeño, garlic and shallot allow to cook for another couple of minutes and add in the steak-umms and cook until completely browned.
  • Add in cheese and mix until completely melted.
  • Place half of spicy Philly cheesesteak onto each tortilla and roll!!
