Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Hey guys, well that’s it another month in the books! 2021 is starting to really fly by. Anyway on to what you guys came for lol, today we are making a simple and easy recipe that doesn’t take a lot of actual work to get done. These Spinach Lasagna Rolls are the perfect meal the whole family will love. Even better this is an easy to tweak meal, you want to add other veggies or seasonings.. boom at it into the filling mix and you have a recipe your way! How to Make Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Total Time 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Marinara Sauce
  • 9 Lasagna Noodles
  • 10 oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach Thawed and Drained
  • 15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Cook lasagna noodles per boxes instructions, drain and set aside. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.q
  • In a medium bowl mix together spinach, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Lay out a lasagna noodle on the counter. Take about 1/4 cup of filling and spread it evenly over the noodle. Roll the noodle up and place it seam side down in the backing dish. Repeat with all noddles.
  • Pour remaining sauce over rolled up noodles, top with mozzarella cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 40 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
