Quick, easy, fun, yup these Steak and Caprese Sliders have you covered. I need to make something really quick and simple because of being pressed for time lately. I have a dead line every 2 weeks right now and have been busting my hump lol. But I didn’t want to sacrifice taste so I decided to go with an older recipe and tweak it to make something new and better. So go ahead guys try this simple recipe. Steak and Caprese Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Tenderloin
- 1 Tomato
- 6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 Basil Leaves
- 3 Bacon Slices Cooked
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Drizzle the steak, sprinkle with Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper.
- Cook steak to your desired temperature.
- Let steak rest on cutter board for a couple of minutes before slicing.
- Build the sliders, Bottom Bun, Tomato, Filet, Cheese, Basil, Bacon, and Top Bun.
