Hey all happy Saturday! I know this one is a little bit late in the day, I have been killing it cooking all day. If you follow my Snapchat or instagram you know what I have been making all day lol. Anyway guys it’s that time French Toast of the Week! Today is a super simple one, we are making some Strawberry Nutella French Toast Rolls! While easy to make these are packed with flavor that you will totally love. Strawberry Nutella French Toast Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Bread Slices
- 8 Strawberries Diced
- 6 Tbsp. Nutella
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- Salt
Instructions
- In shallow bowl mix together egg, milk, and salt until completely combined. Spread sugar on a small plate.
- Cut the crust off of each slice of bread. Using a rolling pin flatten each slice of bread.
- Spread 1 Tbsp. of Nutella on each slice of bread, then sprinkle some strawberries on one side of each slice of bread.
- Tightly roll each slice of bread.
- Roll each bread roll through the egg mixture making sure they have a nice coating but aren't soaked all the way through.
- In a pan/skillet cook over medium heat until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Once cooked roll each in the sugar and serve.
