Sweet Potato Pancakes

For about 15 years I lived the life of a Pro Wrestler. Part of that life was a lot of working out and staying fit to be in the ring. Once I got out of the ring I kinda let it go a little bit I am back in the gym again lol. With that saidI decided to do a couple of my not only healthy recipes but my work out recipes. So I figured why not do one for breakfast? These Sweet Potato Pancakes taste OMG so good, and these are great breakfast to help with those carbs first thing in the morning and do it in a healthy way. So whether you are trying to eat a little healthier and pack on a little muscle or you just want to try something new for breakfast this is the perfect little breakfast for you.

Sweet Potato Pancakes Recipe

This is the perfect breakfast for those work out days!

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 2 Cup Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Whole Grain Wheat Flour
