Whats up everyone! It’s Saturday again and you know what that means… it’s time for Pancake of the Week!! Well and no work today too lol, but more importantly Pancake of the Week lol. This week I am doing one of those is this breakfast or is this a dessert, that all depends on if you’re using the topping lol. We are doing some Sweet Potato Pancakes with an AWESOME Marshmallow Sauce. That sauce is what totally puts this one over the top and makes it a possible dessert treat. Ok let’s be honest once you try this you will just want to eat it all the time no matter if it’s breakfast, Lunch or Dinner lol. This has a nice sweet little pop to the flavor on it’s own but really goes over the top with that sauce. So go ahead guys give this one a try and when you do make sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page linked below!
