Hey guys Happy Monday! So I had a great weekend, all because of one simple thing. I got a new stove this weekend =) While I learn the new oven and range top you guys can have fun with these awesome Taco Chicken Wings. I even made them with a nice little spicy guacamole dipping sauce. This is the perfect little variation on chicken wings that makes the perfect little get together treat or heck fried chicken dinner. Go ahead guys give this bad boy a try I know you will love it. When you do make it be sure that you take a pic and post it to my Facebook page!

Taco Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken:
- 3 lb. Chicken Wings
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger
- 1/2 – 1 tsp. Cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- Salt
- Pepper
Guacamole Dipping Sauce
- 1 Cup Avocado Mashed
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. Chili Paste
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oil to 350˚F.
- In a shallow dish mix together all the seasonings and flour. In a second dish beat eggs.
- Drag chicken through the flour mixture making sure it is coated. Then coat in the egg wash, and again through the flour mixture.
