Taco Sloppy Joes

Well here it is Monday! We are starting the week all over.. again lol Well I was going to do a burger for this video but it’s been super rainy lately in the Chicago area and I wasn’t really in the mood to stand in the rain and grill so this is an last minute yet freaking AWESOME substitute lol. These Taco Sloppy Joes are a simple yet great tasting twist on a dinner classic. Just a little bit of fun in the kitchen with the family. I mean they love tacos… and they love sloppy joes right? Haha seriously though guys this is an easy recipe, it is different the fam wont feel like they are eating the same old same old. Taco Sloppy Joes Recipe

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 13 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Packt. Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Cheese Shredded
  • Lettuce Chopped
  • Tomato Diced Sliced
  • Avocado
  • Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • In pan/skillet break up and brown ground beef. While cooking add in onion, and garlic.
  • Drain excess grease from the pan.
  • Add in taco seasoning, water and salsa reduce heat. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes until it gets ot the consistency you desire.
  • Serve on hamburger buns, topping it the same way you would top your favorite tacos!
