I tend to do a lot of appetizers, that’s because I totally love them. I love going to a restaurant and trying all kinds of new ones at every type of appetizer I run across. Recently I had gone out to eat with one of my neighbors and he ordered some Thai Chili Crab Cakes and of course I snatched some and tried them. At that point I knew I had to figure out how to make them, and when I tweaked the recipes I had found to hit the tastes I wanted OMG I was in love! These have to be some of my favorite appetizers ever and I know you guys will love them to!
