Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza

So this was supposed to be one of two recipes for Thanksgiving lefts overs. Some how though I deleted the footage to the other one =( Hopefully you guys like this one enough for both lol. Anyway I did several Thanksgiving recipes, thing is though what to do with all that food once the Holiday is over. I know we are all sick of plain old Turkey sandwiches and all want something new right? Well here it is Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza! Yup this one freaking kicks butt! You and your family will simply DESTROY this once you have made, so when you do be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza Recipe

Total Time 25 minutes
Course Dinner, Launch
Cuisine American, ThanksGiving
Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Left Over Turkey Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Stuffing
  • 1/2 Cup Gravy
  • Parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425˚.
  • Spread pizza dough onto a baking sheet (or pizza stone), and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Until it just starts to become golden brown.
  • Remove dough from oven, carefully spread gravy across the dough. Leaving about an inch around the edge.
  • Next add chopped turkey, cover with mozzarella cheese. Add small spoon fulls and stuffing.
  • Last drizzle with cranberry sauce.
  • Place back in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and crust is golden.
