This little recipe is one my dad showed me. Well not exactly this one, but he was making Pernil and this is one of the things we did with it. We made Tostones Rellenos to stuff the Pernil in. Now I am saving the pork for a recipe of it’s on this time around I am focusing on these awesome little plantain cups. This is a recipe you could literally stuff with anything and have it taste great so you could mix a little American and a little Puerto Rican cuisine.
