Good morning everybody! How are all of you doing on this wonderful Saturday morning? I hope I am finding everyone starting out another awesome weekend!! That aside though you know if it is Saturday morning then it is time for me to throw down and make some pancakes for the family! What are we doing today? Some AWESOME White Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes. OMG yes they are as good as they sound, and of course they are easy to make. I mean come on what do I throw out there that isn’t easy to make lol. As with all of my pancake recipes too this one is really fast to make. 15 minutes and bam breakfast is on the table. This is one of those you make for the spouse and they are loving you all day lol. Come on who doesn’t like an awesome breakfast like this as a surprise lol. So go ahead give this one a shot I know you will totally love it. White Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Cups Cake Flour
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- In separate bowl whisk together milk, vanilla, greek yogurt and egg.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and and mix until just combined. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
- Heat pan either melt a Tbsp. of butter in pan or spray with non-stick spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook until it starts to bubble then flip. Cooking until both sides are a golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
