Wisconsin Brat and Beer Cheese Dip

I have a ton of friends just to the north of the Illinois border in Wisconsin. So of course I have recipes just for my Wisconsin guys and gals. I had done my Wisconsin Brat Burger, my Brat Fries things like that. Alas though it has been awhile since I paid homage to my friends north of the border in the great cold tundra of Milwaukee lol… ok maybe it isn’t a tundra but I don’t like any cold lol. That said today’s recipe is for them an Awesome Wisconsin Brat and Beer Cheese Dip. I mean really what comes to mind when I say Wisconsin food? Beer, Brats and Cheese Curds.. so Check, check and check they are all in there. Not only do you end up with a nice homage to the state of Wisconsin you end up with a simply fantastic party dip. So next time your team is facing the Packers make this one up and enjoy something from Wisconsin while you root against the Pack lol.
