Here is another entry in my 50 states of burgers. This time around I paid homage to all of my friends up in Milwaukee with a killer Wisconsin Brat Burger =) What is part of the fun of creating these state burgers is thinking not only what is a regional food but what flavors work well together from that region. - 12 oz. Raw Bratwurst Casings Removed

- 1 Onion Sliced Very Thick
- Tater Tots
- Mustard
