TACO GRILLED CHEESE

  • Makes 6 Sandwiches
  • 12 Slices of Bread
  • 1 lb. Taco Meat
  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 8 oz. Monterrey Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 3 Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
  • Guacamole
  • Butter

PIZZA GRILLED CHEESE

  • Makes: 4 Sandwiches
  • 8 Slices of Bread
  • 6 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Pizza Sauce
  • 16-20 Slices Pepperoni
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • Butter

JALAPENO POPPER GRILLED CHEESE

  • Makes: 4 Sandwiches
  • 8 Slices of Bread
  • 4 Jalapenos Seeded and Halved
  • 8 Bacon Slices
  • 4 Tbsp. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Butter

BACON APPLE GRILLED CHEESE

  • Makes 4 Sandwiches
  • 8 Slices of Bread
  • 8 Bacon Slices
  • 2 Apples Sliced
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 6 Tbsp. Spicy Honey Mustard
  • Butter

CAPRESE GRILLED CHEESE

  • Makes: 4 Sandwiches
  • 8 Slices of Bread
  • 4 Tbsp. Pesto
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shreded
  • 3 Tomatoes Sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • Butter

Instructions
 

TACO GRILLED CHEESE

  • Heat Skillet, Butter the slices of bread and start layering the sandwiches. 1 oz. Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 Cup Taco Meat, 1/4 Cup Guacamole, Tomato Slices, and 1 oz. of Monterrey Jack Cheese. Close with top piece of bread and cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.

PEPPERONI PIZZA GRILLED CHEESE

  • Heat Skillet, butter your slices of bread. Sprinkle Parmesan on the buttered sides of the bread. Place bottom piece of bread in the pan and start layering your sandwich. 1 Tbsp. Pizza Sauce, 2 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, 1 more oz. of Mozzarella and close up. cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.

JALAPENO POPPER GRILLED CHEESE

  • Preheat oven to broil
  • Place jalapenos on a baking sheet, allow them to roast for about 6-8 minutes until they start to blacken. Allow to cool then remove the skin and seed.
  • Heat Skillet, butter your slices of bread. on opposite side of bread as the butter spread your cream cheese, top with 1 Jalapeno, 2 slices of bacon, 1/4 Cheddar cheese. Spread cream cheese on the top piece of bread and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.

BACON APPLE GRILLED CHEESE

  • Heat Skillet, butter your slices of bread. Spread honey mustard on opposite side of bread and then layer your sandwiches 1oz. Cheddar Cheese, Apple slices, 2 Slices of Bacon, close with top piece of bread and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.

CAPRESE GRILLED CHEESE

  • Heat Skillet, butter your slices of bread. Layer your sandwich with 1 Tbsp. Pesto, 1 oz. of Mozzarella Cheese, 3 slices of tomatoes, about 1/2 Tbsp. of Balsamic Vinegar, another oz. of Mozzarella and if you want you can add an extra Tbsp. of Pesto. Close with top piece of bread and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.
