Heat large skillet, add ground beef and brown.
After beef is broken up and browned, add ketchup, cream cheese, garlic powder and salt, stir to combine.
Remove beef filling from the pan and allow skillet to cool down and wipe down, or use new pan.
Add one flour tortilla to skillet then spread a cup of the beef filling and a half cup of cheese, followed by a handful of crumbled bacon.
Place a second tortilla on top and press down.
Cook for a couple minutes until the bottom is browned, flip quesadilla over.
Cook for a few minutes until browned 2-3 minutes.
