Instructions
In Large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl whisk together milk, egg, vanilla and butter.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.
In a pan/skillet pout about 1/4 cup of batter at a time. You want to pour them in a long oval shape, place 1 slice of bacon into each pancake.
Pour a little more batter of the bacon to cover it. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve with a cup of syrup to dip them into!
