Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Lasagna Noodles Oven Ready
  • 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 oz. Blue Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley
  • 2 Cup Chicken Cooked and Shredded
  • 3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 3/4 Ranch Dressing
  • 1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375˚.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, blue cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. In a second bowl combine chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and diced tomatoes.
  • Spread about 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the bottom of your baking dish. Top with a layer of noodles, then 1/4 of the chicken mixture, 1/3 of the cheese mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella. Then repeat until you have used all the ingredients, having 3 layers of noodles.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes, uncover and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
