Preheat your oven to 375˚.
In a medium bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, blue cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. In a second bowl combine chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and diced tomatoes.
Spread about 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the bottom of your baking dish. Top with a layer of noodles, then 1/4 of the chicken mixture, 1/3 of the cheese mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella. Then repeat until you have used all the ingredients, having 3 layers of noodles.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes, uncover and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
