Chicken Alfredo Meatball Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1/3 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sandwich:

  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl mix together ground chicken, Italian seasoning, salt pepper, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg and 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil.
  • Once fully combined make into 16 small meatballs (4 per sandwich). Heat second Tbsp. of oil in pan/skillet.
  • Brown meatballs on all sides and set aside once done.
  • In same pan over low heat add butter and heavy whipping cream. Once fully mixed allow to simmer for about 2 minutes. Mix in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Add meatballs into the pan/skillet, cover and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Add in parmesan cheese into meatballs and sauce, and allow to go another couple of minutes. 

Notes

I made toasted rolls, for this all I did for this was butter my rolls and allowed them to toast in my broiler for a couple of minutes.
