Cuisine American, Caribbean
Servings 4 Grinders

Ingredients

Butter Spread

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsely Chopped
  • Salt

Sub and Filling

  • 4 Sub Rolls
  • 1/2 lb. Pre-Cooked Pulled Pork Chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Sliced Ham Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Dill Pickles Chopped
  • 4 Slices Swiss Cheese Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to low broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the halved rolls cut side up on the baking sheet—don’t separate them completely, keep them attached!
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush that buttery goodness evenly over the cut sides of the rolls. Pop them in the oven for 2-3 minutes until golden and toasted. Keep an eye on them—nobody wants burnt bread!
  • On a large cutting board, pile up the pulled pork, ham, pickles, and Swiss cheese. Grab a sharp knife and finely chop everything together. Once it’s all mixed up, add the mustard and stir with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.
  • Scoop about 1 cup of that delicious chopped Cuban filling onto each sandwich. Load it up and get ready for an epic bite!
