Instructions
Use food processor to crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, pour into a shallow dish.
In second shallow dish whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Dip both sides of bread slices in the egg mixture then press both sides into the crushed cereal.
Cook in pan skillet until browned on both sides.
