Preheat your oven to 375˚F. Slice chicken into long thin strips, and season with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl whisk together egg and milk. In a second shallow bowl place crushed corn flakes. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the crushed cornflakes. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
While chicken is baking in a small bowl mix together melted butter, and honey. In a second bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.
When chicken is done cooking drizzle it with the butter, and honey mixture and put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
