Cornflake Chicken Tenders Recipe

Ingredients
  

Chicken Strips:

  • 2 lb. Chicken Breasts Sliced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 3 Cups Cornflakes Crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375˚F. Slice chicken into long thin strips, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow bowl whisk together egg and milk. In a second shallow bowl place crushed corn flakes. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the crushed cornflakes. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • While chicken is baking in a small bowl mix together melted butter, and honey. In a second bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.
  • When chicken is done cooking drizzle it with the butter, and honey mixture and put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
