Heat oven to 375˚
Line a spring form pan with a piece of plastic wrap. Press breakfast sausage into the pan so the sausage covers the whole bottom. Use the plastic wrap to remove sausage from pan.
Heat pan/skillet and cook sausage all the way through.
While sausage is cooking, press pizza dough into spring form pan, you want the dough to go about half way up the pan. Brush with a little oil, prick the bottom with a fork and bake for about 5-10 minutes.
In medium bowl whisk together eggs and milk, salt and pepper to your taste
Once crust and sausage are done place sausage on top of the crust, add mozzarella on top of sausage, then the Milk and egg mixture, then cheddar cheese (then any toppings you want) for me that was tomato, jalapeño, bacon and a little extra cheese.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until egg is set.
