Bring a pot of water to a boil. Discard the flavor packets from your ramen, and place noodles in hot water. Boil for about 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil, add chunked chicken and cook until it starts to brown.
Add in the brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, and peanuts to skillet. Allow to simmer for about 5 - 6 minutes occasionally stirring.
Add in cooked noodles and peanuts stirring them in completely. Allow to cook for a couple more minutes and serve.
