How to Make Sriracha Chicken Ramen

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. Tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 3oz. Packages Ramen Noodles
  • 1/3 Cup Cocktail Peanuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onion Diced

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Discard the flavor packets from your ramen, and place noodles in hot water. Boil for about 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil, add chunked chicken and cook until it starts to brown.
  • Add in the brown sugar, soy sauce, sriracha, and peanuts to skillet. Allow to simmer for about 5 - 6 minutes occasionally stirring.
  • Add in cooked noodles and peanuts stirring them in completely. Allow to cook for a couple more minutes and serve.
