Per heat oven to 325 degrees.
Remove skin from garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in tin foil and bake in oven for an hour. Remove and allow to cool.
In medium sauce pan combine water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and cayenne pepper and heat over a medium flame. Stir occasionally until it boils. Then reduce the heat and allow it to simmer.
Add remaining ingredients (including the roasted garlic) and stir it all together.
Allow to simmer for about 50 or so minutes, or until reduced by half.
