Puerto Rican Pork Skewer Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • Pepper
  • 5 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lim Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Rum Bacardi of course lol
  • 2-1/2 lb. Pork Cubed
  • 1/2 Red Onion quartered
  • 1 Bell Pepper Cut in strips

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl, combine oregano, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Stir in orange juice, lime juice and rum.
  • Pierce pork cubes with knife tip or fork. Add pork, onion and bell pepper to marinade and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Thread pork, onion and peppers on skewers. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning skewers every 3 to 4 minutes, while basting with marinade
