In large bowl, combine oregano, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir in orange juice, lime juice and rum.
Pierce pork cubes with knife tip or fork. Add pork, onion and bell pepper to marinade and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Thread pork, onion and peppers on skewers. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning skewers every 3 to 4 minutes, while basting with marinade
