Instructions
In Medium Bowl, whisk together the and sugar. Stir in Milk, Vanilla, Salt, and Cinnamon. Add the bread cubes and toss so they are evenly coated. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
Divide the mixture between two mugs (or all in one large mug). Pack so there is very little air between the bread cubes. Microwave cups separately for 1-1/2 to 1-1/2 minutes until the custard is absorbed and the pudding is firm.
