In a bowl combine buttermilk, hot sauce, and eggs. Add in drained pickles and allow them to soak. In a second bowl combine flour, salt, paprika and cayenne.
One at a time remove pickles form buttermilk mixture and coat in the flour mixture adding them into the heated oil, and allow to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until they are a nice golden brown.
While the pickles are frying make your hot sauce. On the stove top melt down the butter, add all the ingredients and stir to combine.
Either brush the fried pickles with the sauce or place both in a bowl and toss to coat.
