Caramel Stuffed Pancakes

So this is it! The final pancake of the week. 50 Pancakes, almost a year’s worth of breakfast goodness =). What will we be making to cap off this little series? Well no fair you already read the title lol. I am making some Caramel Stuffed Pancakes! This is one my daughter DESTROYED when I decided to make them. These are an easy way to take pancakes to the next level. A super simple and quick breakfast that everyone will totally love. Caramel Stuffed Pancakes REcipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Caramel
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl mix all ingredients except for the caramel, until completely combined.
  • Heat pan/skillet over medium heat. Add batter 1/4 cup at a time.
  • Add a small amount of caramel to the center of the pancake and cover with more batter.
  • Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
