Instructions
In medium bowl mix all ingredients except for the caramel, until completely combined.
Heat pan/skillet over medium heat. Add batter 1/4 cup at a time.
Add a small amount of caramel to the center of the pancake and cover with more batter.
Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
