Time to keep on rolling with our French Toast of the Week. As you can probably tell we love our Breakfasts in this house. I mean come on we went through 50 Pancake recipes just for the site plus all the recipes on my YouTube channel. So it’s always a lot of fun just messing around. These French Toast Sausage Rolls are a real cool and simple twist on the simple french toast breakfast. Being just the way I like any breakfast, really fast and easy to make. So guys go ahead make this easy breakfast and when you do make sure you take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

French Toast Sausage Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 Bread Slices
- 10 Sausage Links Cooked
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
- In small shallow bowl whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and flour.
- Slice crust off each slice of bread, then flatten your bread using your hand or a rolling pin.
- Put a sausage link on one edge of each slice of bread and roll it tightly.
- Heat pan/skillet over medium heat, melt 1 Tbps. of butter in the pan.
- Dip each rolled sausage in the egg mix, rolling it to coat all sides and place in the hot pan.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides. Gently rolling as each side becomes that perfect color.
