French Toast Sausage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Bread Slices
  • 10 Sausage Links Cooked
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In small shallow bowl whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and flour.
  • Slice crust off each slice of bread, then flatten your bread using your hand or a rolling pin.
  • Put a sausage link on one edge of each slice of bread and roll it tightly.
  • Heat pan/skillet over medium heat, melt 1 Tbps. of butter in the pan.
  • Dip each rolled sausage in the egg mix, rolling it to coat all sides and place in the hot pan.
  • Cook until golden brown on all sides. Gently rolling as each side becomes that perfect color.
