In small shallow bowl whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and flour.
Slice crust off each slice of bread, then flatten your bread using your hand or a rolling pin.
Put a sausage link on one edge of each slice of bread and roll it tightly.
Heat pan/skillet over medium heat, melt 1 Tbps. of butter in the pan.
Dip each rolled sausage in the egg mix, rolling it to coat all sides and place in the hot pan.
Cook until golden brown on all sides. Gently rolling as each side becomes that perfect color.
