Anyway, today is another perfect get-together food! We are making some Simple BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sliders! This may be one of the easiest things I have ever put up. Simple BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sliders
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 1 lb. Roast Beef Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 8 Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
- In a medium bowl ass the roast beef and your favorite BBQ sauce, toss together until beef is coated.
- Slice the rolls in half length wise placing the bottom half into a baking dish. Add your beef on top, then the cheese slices and close off the sliders.
- In a small sauce pan melt butter, and add in brown sugar, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Bring to a slight boil and pour over the sliders.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, until the rolls become crispy and cheese is melted.
